It is very obvious that Africa has no Science of their own. African scientist happen to be distributors of Western Science, they dont really do any thing different. They are just consumers of Western discoveries and theories without having any of their own. I feel the Continent is large enough to be Scientifically Independent. Dont you think there is a cause for concern or do you have a different view?
